Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ? age \= 60y
  • ? patients undergoing urological surgery under general anesthesia using laryngeal mask
  • ? surgery requiring invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring (high risk a significant change of blood pressure such as bladder hydrodistention, or high risk of bleeding, such as percutaneous nephrolithotomy)

Exclusion Criteria

  • ? Patients with pulmonary hypertension
  • ? Patients with right heart failure
  • ? withdrawal of consent
  • ? laryngeal mask is not applied (such as risk of tooth injury)
  • ? Patients who are judged to be inappropriate for this clinical trial according to the opinion of the investigators
