Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with ASA class 1\& 2
- •Patients referred to operating room for endoscopic sinus surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with chronic hypertension
- •Respiratory problems
- •Repeated surgery
- •Emergency surgery
- •Hemorrhagic diseases
- •Taking anti\-coagulant medications
- •Patients who didn't sign the consent form
