Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Weight 15 \- 30 kg.
- •2\.American society of anesthesiology (ASA) Physical status class I and class II.
- •3\.Duration of surgery less than 60 minutes.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients attendants refusing for participation.
- •2\.Risk of aspiration (full stomach, gastroesophageal reflex disease,).
- •3\.Inadequate mouth opening.
- •4\.Any oral pathology.
- •5\.Suspected difficult airway.
- •6\.Surgery \>60 minutes.
- •7\.Age \< 5 year or \> 10 year.
- •8\.Patients with any congenital anomaly.
- •9\.Any emergency surgery.
