To determine the tissue viability between slow freezing and vitrification for ovarian tissue cryopreservation. To assess the subsequent oocyte viability and morphologic integrity of the ovarian tissue from the two different methods. To determine any factors that may affect the success rate of ovarian tissue cryopreservation.

入选标准
- •1.Young cancer patients need immediate gonadotoxic treatment for their cancer.
- •2.Young women confirmed with premature ovarian failure (POF).
排除标准
- •1.History of psychological/psychiatric problem.
- •2.Patient refusal.
- •3.Clinically sepsis.
- •4.Congenital malformation.
- •5.Chromosome abnormality.
- •6.Confirm with malignant cells.
