Inclusion Criteria
Woman over 35 year of age,who have indicate for endometrial biopsy
in Songkhlanakarin hospital
Exclusion Criteria
1. Allergy to lidocain,paracetamol or ibruprofen
2. Pregnant woman
3. Woman who have PID or STDs
4. Abnormal coagulogram
5. Unstable hemodynamic status
