Inclusion Criteria
Woman age >= 18 years old
have indication for endometrial sampling
no history of lidocaine allergy
accept for the research participant
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy
Breast feeding
PID
Retained IUD
Have the uterine anomaly
Vital signs unstable due to active bleeding
Cannot accept the visual analog scale
Take the analgesic drug before the procedure
Take the mesoprostol for dilate cervix
Do the paracervical block before the procedure
History of arrythmia and cardiac disease
History of liver disease
