- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare predictivity (sensitivity and specificity) of TCCO (Transcranial cerebal oximetry) and TCD (Transcranial Doppler) in detecting DCI.Timepoint: During ICU stay of the patient within 2 weeks of the intervention
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1To monitor the degree of fall in rSO2 in patients with DCI.

2.To compare the difference in rSO2 between the two cerebral hemispheres.

3.To monitor the rise in velocity of MCA via TCD in patients with DCI.

4.To analyze the effect of interventions like hypertension, vasodilatation etc. on rSO2 and TCD velocities.Timepoint: 8th hourly
