1. All Young adults (18-25 years) who visit the Psychiatry department of KMC Manipal on OP/IP basis irrespective of their psychiatric diagnosis
2. Individuals who are at least class 12 literate and can understand English/Kannada
3. Individuals who give informed consent for the study
Inclusion criteria for collecting Objective Data from Primary Device: 1. Have at least one personal device of their own (smartphone/tablet/pc/laptop/others)
2. Individuals who give separate informed consent for it
1. Those who are acutely ill or disturbed (assessed clinically) to give reliable information
2. Those who have severe neurological / sensory impairments
3. Those who have severe developmental disorder
4. Individuals who are not class 12 literate or cannot understand English/Kannada
5. Those who do not give informed consent to participate in the study
