Patients who requires partial or segmental resection of trachea for the treatment of trachea diseases such as congenital tracheomalacia and traumatic tracheal stenosis, or invading the trachea due to the progression of thyroid cancer.
Patients who are expected to have functional disorders such as respiratory failure or permanent tracheostomy due to the impossibility of reconstruction of the trachea defect.
1. Pregnant or lactating women
2. Those who have had surgery around the thyroid gland or airway before screening
3. Patients with residual inflammation in the tissues around the thyroid gland or airways at the time of screening
4. Patients with systemic inflammatory disease at the time of screening
5. People at high risk of general anesthesia due to liver disease, kidney disease, or heart disease
6. Patients with sepsis at the time of screening
7. Patients with a predisposition to bleeding at the time of screening
8. Those who have had radiation treatment to the head/neck area before screening
9. Those who have used other clinical trial drugs and clinical trial medical devices within 3 months before screening
10. Patients with a history of cell therapy
11. Patients with malignant tumors other than thyroid cancer
12. Persons judged by other investigators as inappropriate to participate in this clinical trial
