Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III scheduled for neck dissection surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.History of allergy to local anesthetics
- •2.Infection near the puncture site
- •3.Known coagulation disorders
- •4.Chronic pain
- •5.Chronic opioid usage
- •6.Any psychiatric or neurological disease
- •7.BMI more than or equal to 35
- •8.Diaphragmatic paralysis
- •9.Severe COPD
