Inclusion Criteria

  • •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III scheduled for neck dissection surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1.History of allergy to local anesthetics
  • •2.Infection near the puncture site
  • •3.Known coagulation disorders
  • •4.Chronic pain
  • •5.Chronic opioid usage
  • •6.Any psychiatric or neurological disease
  • •7.BMI more than or equal to 35
  • •8.Diaphragmatic paralysis
  • •9.Severe COPD
