入选标准
- •1)Age group- between 18 and 65years
- •2)ASA –I, II and III
- •3)Patient posted for Thoracolumbar spine surgery
- •4)Thoracolumbar spine surgery involving upto 3 vertebral levels
- •5)Patient able to give verbal and informed consent.
- •6)Patient able to understand VAS regarding assessment of pain.
排除标准
- •1)Patient refusal
- •2)Allergy to local anaesthetics.
- •3)Patient with local site infection
- •4)Patient with coagulopathy disorder
- •5)Patient with uncontrolled cardiac, renal, respiratory, neurological conditions
- •6)Chronic opioid consumption
- •7)Patient with infective thoracolumbar etiology
