Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient admitted to undergo clipping of aneurysm
- •1\. Age â?? 18 to 80 years
- •2\. ASA grade I, II and III patients 3\. All grades of aneurysms according to(H\&H, WFNS, Modified FISHER)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Carotid artery disease
- •ï?· Patients with Ischemic Stroke
- •ï?· Unable to create a window by TCD
- •ï?· Patientâ??s refusal
