Inclusion Criteria
Patient admitted to undergo clipping of aneurysm
1. Age â?? 18 to 80 years
2. ASA grade I, II and III patients 3. All grades of aneurysms according to(H&H, WFNS, Modified FISHER)
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with Carotid artery disease
ï?· Patients with Ischemic Stroke
ï?· Unable to create a window by TCD
ï?· Patientâ??s refusal
