- •2. ASA grade I, II and III patients 3. All grades of aneurysms according to(H&H, WFNS, Modified FISHER)

- •Patients with Carotid artery disease
- •ï?· Patients with Ischemic Stroke
- •ï?· Unable to create a window by TCD
