- •1.The study participants shall be aged between 48- 55 years.
排除标准
- •1.The participants who were already practicing meditation and yoga regularly
- •2.The participants with surgical menopause
- •3.The participants receiving any kind of hormone replacement therapy
- •4.The participants receiving Anti coagulant therapy
- •5.Participants with mental illness like anxiety disorder, depression, schizophrenia and mood disorders
- •6.Participants with diabetes, hypertension, cardiac diseases and IVDP.
- •7.The participants receiving any kind of chemo or radiation therapy.
- •8.Participants with history of cancer in the reproductive organs like breast, cervix, uterus, vulva, endometrium and ovary.
