Premature babies with post gestational age between 32-37 weeks design;
Spontaneous breathing in room air;
In heated incubator;
Weight between 1300g and 2000g;
Over 72 hours of life;
Hospitalization in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit more than 24 hours;
Diuresis present and spontaneous;
No injury or bone fracture;
No apnea history less than 72h;
Baby less than 1 hour of applying the study underwent painful invasive procedures such as punctures and polls;
No involvements diagnostics CNS as cerebral hemorrhages, syndromes with neurological impairment, seizure history and hypertension;
