Patients aged more than 19 years with symptomatic WOPN measuring > 6 cm in size and located adjacent to the stomach or duodenum with evidence of ongoing infection (fever, leukocytosis) despite administration of intravenous antibiotics,Continued clinical deterioration despite ongoing supportive measures, and Gastric outlet or Biliary obstruction secondary to mass effect by the WOPN
1)Patients with WOPN located > 1.5 cm from the gastrointestinal lumen,
2)Patients with coagulopathy,
3)Patients who underwent only an endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatogram (ERCP) for pancreatic duct stent placement,
4)Patients with follow-up of less than 90 days.

Name Time Method To compare clinical and technical success in both treatment armsTimepoint: Techinal success is on Day one of procedure, <br/ ><br>Clinical success is judged at discharge, after 15 days, then at one month and 2 month depending upon improvement in symptoms and size of WOPN on USG
