After percutaneous catheter drainage CT will be repeated on day 3 ,if the residual collection / necrosum is more than 50% of initial value then patients are randomized in to either streptokinase group or hydrogen peroxide group
1.Indication for emergency laparotomy because of suspected abdominal compartment syndrome,
bowel ischemia, bleeding or perforation of a visceral organ
2. Previous drainage or surgical necrosectomy for infected pancreatic necrosis (ERCP with or
without papillotomy is allowed).
3. Patients who are allergic to streptokinase.
4. Patients with deranged coagulation profile.
