Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•Patients having moderate to severe periodontitis, patients who are systemically healthy and having more than 6 mm vertical probing depth, having interproximal intrabony defects of more than or equal to 4 mm one on either side of the arch which is radiographically detectable will be included.

Exclusion Criteria

•Patients who are known case of systemic disease, having abusive habits such as smoking, women who are pregnant or lactating, who are taking anti\-inflammatory or antibiotic drugs or has taken within previous 3 months and patients who have done blood transfusion or blood donation in last 6 months will be excluded
