Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Systemically healthy patients requiring extraction involving mandibular first and second molar and willing for implant placement.
  • •Residual extraction sockets possessing intact bone in all dimensions and an occlusion suitable for planned treatment

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with abusive habits such as smoking or aloholism
  • •Pregnant or lactating women
  • •Patients suffering from systemic diseases
  • •Patients with platelet count less than 200,000/cubic mm
  • •Patients with persisting periapical infection following antibiotic therapy
  • •Patients contraindicated for implant placement or extraction.
