- •Systemically healthy patients requiring extraction involving mandibular first and second molar and willing for implant placement.
- •Residual extraction sockets possessing intact bone in all dimensions and an occlusion suitable for planned treatment
排除标准
- •Patients with abusive habits such as smoking or aloholism
- •Pregnant or lactating women
- •Patients suffering from systemic diseases
- •Patients with platelet count less than 200,000/cubic mm
- •Patients with persisting periapical infection following antibiotic therapy
- •Patients contraindicated for implant placement or extraction.
