- •1. Patientâ??s refusal for general anaesthesia

- •4.Anticipated difficult intubation or difficult mask ventilation
- •5. BMI > 30.0
- •6. Those receiving long analgesics, sedatives, hypnotics, antidepressants
- •7. Hemodynamic instabilities during induction
- •8. Patients allergic to study drugs
