The subject with Angle’s Class I protrusion or Angle’s Class II div I malocclusion requiring the first premolar extraction.
The subject chronological ages ranged from 18 to 35 years
Subject with a full complement of teeth present, excluding third molars.
Crowding should not be more than 3mm.
Gingival and plaque index score will be less than 1.
Subject with any craniofacial syndromes or cleft.
Subjects having a history of trauma
Periodontally compromised subjects.
Orthodontic treatment history in the past.
Subjects who had used antibiotics three months prior to the study
