•Patients who received living donor hepatectomy for liver transplantation
•- ASA Physical status I or II : example) healthy adults without underlying disease (I), Mild diseases only without substantive functional limitations. Examples include well-controlled HTN/DM etc.(II)

•- ASA physical status III or more : ex) a patient with severe systemic disease like uncontrolled DM(III), a patient with severe systemic disease that is a constant threat to life (IV), a moribund patient who is not expected to survive without the operation
•- Pregnant women
•- Severe impaired coagulation profile (equal or more than INR 1.5 last coagulation test before the surgery)
•- Patients who have unstable coronary disease or Congestive heart failure or Arrythmia or cardiomyopathy
•- Patients who have cerebrovascular disease
•- Patients who have systemic infection or local Infection on lumbar or flank area
•- Chronic pain patients
•- Patients who don't understand about study or refuse the study
•- Patients who have allergy for local anesthetics
•- Patients who have history of severe psychological disease
