Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who received living donor hepatectomy for liver transplantation
- •\- ASA Physical status I or II : example) healthy adults without underlying disease (I), Mild diseases only without substantive functional limitations. Examples include well\-controlled HTN/DM etc.(II)
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- ASA physical status III or more : ex) a patient with severe systemic disease like uncontrolled DM(III), a patient with severe systemic disease that is a constant threat to life (IV), a moribund patient who is not expected to survive without the operation
- •\- Pregnant women
- •\- Severe impaired coagulation profile (equal or more than INR 1\.5 last coagulation test before the surgery)
- •\- Patients who have unstable coronary disease or Congestive heart failure or Arrythmia or cardiomyopathy
- •\- Patients who have cerebrovascular disease
- •\- Patients who have systemic infection or local Infection on lumbar or flank area
- •\- Chronic pain patients
- •\- Patients who don't understand about study or refuse the study
- •\- Patients who have allergy for local anesthetics
- •\- Patients who have history of severe psychological disease
