- •Undergoing multiple level lumbar spine surgeries
排除标准
- •1.Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes
- •2.Patients allergic to Local anesthetic Bupivacaine
- •3.Patients with previous history of Lumbar spine surgery
- •4.Patients having infection at needle insertion site for block
- •5.Patients who are morbidly obese i.e BMI > 40 Kg/m2
- •Patients with pre-existing coagulation disorders
