- •Patients who take the ear reconstruction for microtia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who have allergic reaction to local anesthesia
- •2\. Patients who do not agree with study
- •3\. Patients who can not check pain scale themselves
- •4\. Adult patient older than 18 years old (different threshold to pain is expencted)
