My study is aimed at evaluating if Microdermabrasion prior to application of topical anaesthetic can shorten the duration of topical anaesthetic application and reach adequate depth required for aesthetic procedures.This approach helps patients achieve analgesia in a very short time compared to the conventional method , thereby reducing the downtime of the opd procedure

入选标准

•1.Patients more than 18 yrs
•Those with indications for aesthetic procedures that require topical anaesthetic
•Those who are willing to give informed consent 4.Those with minimum of 4 flat skin lesions on each side of cheek like DPN,freckles,acne scar.

排除标准

•1.Those with active inflammation
•Those who are predisposed to keloid 3.Those with neuropathic disorders who cannot sense pain on face 4.Those with active cutaneous infections.

主要结局

Analgesia onset time will be assesed at 15,30 ,45,60 minutes

时间窗: At 15,30,45,60 minutes

次要结局

Total duration of the procedure on each side of face(VAS score at 15,30,45,60 minutes)
