ASA 1 OR 2 , undergoing elective head and neck oncosurgey.BMI between 18 to 35Kg/m2. who are ready to give written informed consent
Patient refusal , ASA 3 and 4 patients , pregnants ,lactating mothers ,deteriorating neurological disorders ,liver disease, renal disease ,cardiovascular disease with EF less than 40.known drug allergy.chronic pain on opioid or other analgesic .calcium channel blocker treatment
