1.Age 18 years old and older
2.Inpatient who has been inserted with double lumen central venous catheter, triple lumen central venous catheter or peripherally inserted central catheter more than 48 hours and suspected diagnosis of catheter related blood stream infection whom currently admitted in general ward or intensive care unit of internal medicine, general surgery, neurosurgery department
1.Inpatient who has been inserted with another type of multilumen catheters
2.Patient who has hemoglobin level less than 7 g/dl
3.Patient who has limitted condition which blood culture can not be drown through multilumen catheters
4.Patient who has suspected infection from another site rather than catheter related blood stream infection
5.Participant not informed consent
