- •Mothers will be included in the study who have the necessary information literacy to understand the questions of the questionnaire.
- •Mothers in the intervention group should have a smart mobile phone and their mobile phone should allow installing and using this application.
- •The number of births and the age of the mothers do not have any restrictions for entering the study.
排除标准
- •Mothers who are hospitalized due to illness or childbirth complications or caesarean section are excluded from the study.
- •Mothers of both studied groups will be excluded from the study if they use any training other than the routine training
