Conditions
Many patients undergoing HD have a history of nonadherence to diet therapy and fluid restrictions. IDWG was found to be related to certain complications in patients undergoing HD. The mortality rate is high if complications occur in patients treated at home. To overcome this problem, intensive efforts to increase adherence to diet therapy and fluid restrictions are needed

Inclusion Criteria

regularly undergoing HD, having been on HD for more than 3 months, over 18 years old, stable condition during the education sessions

Exclusion Criteria

cognitive disturbance and mental problems, conditions requiring emergency treatment, HD of >2 times a week, high adherence rate, and light IDWG
