Inclusion Criteria

females between 18-40 years old; euthyroid; non smoker; normal physical condition; not consumption of drugs that change sexual hormones metabolism for at least 1 month before trial; not using contraceptive pills for at least 3 months before the trial.
Exclusion criteria: classic 21_hydroxilase deficiency; hyperprolactinemia; androgen producing tumor; pregnancy; impaired liver tests or kidney function disorder; type 2 Diabetes; anemia; thrombocytopenia; explicit hypertension.
