Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adult Population age 18 years or older
- •2\. ECOG Performance Status of 0 to 2
- •3\.Neck dissection that includes level of lymph
- •nodes along Spinal accessory nerve
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 patients having rheumatologic, metabolic
- •disorders, or previous trauma to the neck.
- •2\. Patients who already have diagnosed neurological
- •shoulder dysfunction pre operatively.
- •3\. Patients with trauma to shoulder or previous
- •shoulder surgeries.
- •4\. Neck dissection involving Lymph nodes levels
- •away from spinal accessory nerve are not included.
- •5\.Planned for RND
