Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Adult Population age 18 years or older
  • 2\. ECOG Performance Status of 0 to 2
  • 3\.Neck dissection that includes level of lymph
  • nodes along Spinal accessory nerve

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1 patients having rheumatologic, metabolic
  • disorders, or previous trauma to the neck.
  • 2\. Patients who already have diagnosed neurological
  • shoulder dysfunction pre operatively.
  • 3\. Patients with trauma to shoulder or previous
  • shoulder surgeries.
  • 4\. Neck dissection involving Lymph nodes levels
  • away from spinal accessory nerve are not included.
  • 5\.Planned for RND
