Inclusion Criteria

1. Adult Population age 18 years or older

2. ECOG Performance Status of 0 to 2

3.Neck dissection that includes level of lymph

nodes along Spinal accessory nerve

Exclusion Criteria

1 patients having rheumatologic, metabolic

disorders, or previous trauma to the neck.

2. Patients who already have diagnosed neurological

shoulder dysfunction pre operatively.

3. Patients with trauma to shoulder or previous

shoulder surgeries.

4. Neck dissection involving Lymph nodes levels

away from spinal accessory nerve are not included.

To assess the effect of the usage of Intraoperative <br/ ><br>neuromonitoring (IONM) of Spinal Accessory Nerve in <br/ ><br>comparison with routine practice on Post-operative <br/ ><br>shoulder function assessed by using the SPADI <br/ ><br>questionnaire ,Range of movement assessed by <br/ ><br>using Hand held Goniometer among the patients with <br/ ><br>Head ,Neck cancer undergoing neck dissections .Timepoint: Baseline , 4 weeks , 12 weeks
