the study is aimed to assess the emotional intelligence, self esteem, assertiveness among youth studying in selected undergraduate higher educational institutions of Udupi district. the objective of the study is to assess the emotional intelligence, self esteem, assertiveness among youth and determine the relationship between emotional intelligence, self esteem and assertiveness among youth studying in selected undergraduate higher educational institutions of Udupi district, Karnataka. After obtaining ethical consideration, informed consent will be taken from each participant. Potential benefits and risks will be informed to participants and data will be collected from them.

- •youth between the age of 18-22 years youth who are able to read and understand english.

- •youth who are not willing to take part in the study.
