Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1: ASA grades 1 and 2
  • •2: Patients undergoing elective lower abdominal Surgeries, perineal Surgeries and lower limb surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1:Patient refusal
  • •2:Pre\-existing Peripheral Neuropathy
  • •3:Sepsis/local skin infection at the site of local anaesthetic administration
  • •4:Allergy to local anaesthetic
  • •5:Bleeding diathesis and coagulation disorder
  • •6:Major cardio\-respiratory disorder
