入选标准
- •1.Patients aged between 18-65 years of either gender scheduled for lower limb surgery under spinal anaesthesia.
- •2.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I, II and III.
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal for subarachnoid block.
- •2.Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs or any history of anaphylactic reaction to the drugs used.
- •3.Frank coagulopathy evidenced by history and laboratory investigations.
- •4.Infection at injection site.
- •5.Patients with spinal deformities like kyphoscoliosis and scoliosis etc.
- •6.Patients with history of pre-existing neurological disease.
- •7.Unable to comprehend sensory and motor block.
