入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patients scheduled for elective day care infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.
- •2.Patients aged between 18-70 years of either gender, giving valid informed and written consent.
- •3.Patients belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) grade I or II.
排除标准
- •1.Patient with any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
- •2.History of anaphylaxis to local anaesthetics and allergy to study drugs.
- •3.Obese patients with BMI >30kg/m2.
- •4.Patients with cardiac history such as CAD, MI, CHF, dysrhythmias, valvular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, and DM.
- •5.Patient having any history of psychiatric illness, or substance abuse, or chronic alcoholic.
