入选标准
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II.
- •Patients posted for spine surgery- single level decompression.
- •Age ranging from 18-65 years.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal.
- •History of relevant drug allergy.
- •History of psychiatric illness and substance abuse.
- •Patient suffering from severe cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, metabolic or neurological disease.
- •Pregnant patient.
- •Coagulopathy.
- •Infection/ injury at planned injection site.
- •Psychological inability of the patient to understand and interpret visual analogue scale.
