1. The first diagnosis must be Spinal Cord Injury, and the diagnosis must meet Asia grade A-D (American Spinal Injury Association: International Standards For Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury, Revised 2011;Atlanta, GA);
2. Patients with acute or chronic spinal cord injury older than 14 years;Patients with a disease course of 3-6 months
3. Preoperative MRI indicated complete or incomplete spinal cord injury.
4. The patient had symptoms of urination dysfunction, such as frequent urination, urgent urination, insufficiency or dysuria, incontinence, etc., and B-mode ultrasound suggested different degrees of residual urine, but no tumor or prostatic hyperplasia was found.
5. Patients with good cardiopulmonary function, able to tolerate acupuncture and rehabilitation treatment;
6. Willing to participate in the study and cooperate in the follow-up work of the study, able to understand and sign the informed consent;
Potential subjects meeting the inclusion criteria will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria:
1. Other diseases of central and peripheral nervous system;
2. Other diseases with similar symptoms are difficult to distinguish;
3. Severe limb injury in other parts of the body;
4. With moderate to severe cognitive impairment;
5. Severe senile dementia and Parkinson's disease significantly affect walking ability;
6. Spinal cord injury caused by tumors and infections;
Severe cardiopulmonary, gastrointestinal, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe diabetes, need for insulin treatment, mental disorders, pregnancy.
