- Natural postmenopausal women, age 50 - 65 years
- Visit doctor for health check up
-Receive estrogens or testosterone treatment within 12 months
-History or current use of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, or tricyclic antidepressant
-Known or suspected depressive, anxiety disorder, and other neuropsychological diseases
-Drug illicit, malnutrition
-Presence of hot flushes
-Presence of any cancer, severe infection, severe illness or stress
