Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Intra Cranial Hemorrhage admitted to Intensive Care Units under going conservative management.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Contra Indication for Tracheostomy
- •Coagulopathy,
- •local site infection,
- •altered neck anatomy like thyroid mass/swelling,
- •unstable cervical spine,
- •Morbidly obesity
- •Patients with Intra Cranial Hemorrhage who under went surgery including Extra Ventricular Drain Insertion.
- •Patients who died within two days of planned surgical tracheostomy
