Inclusion Criteria
Mechanically ventilated children requiring flexible fibre-optic bronchoscopy for diagnostic bronchoalveolar lavage during the stay in Pediatric Intensive Care unit.
Exclusion Criteria
1. The patient without an arterial line for invasive blood pressure (IBP) monitoring during the procedure.
2. Child receiving invasive ventilation through tracheostomy tube.

Name Time Method To study the effects of flexible fiber-optic <br/ ><br>bronchoscopy on haemodynamic parameters and lung mechanics in mechanically ventilated children.Timepoint: T0 : Baseline paramters (Before sedation/ analgesia/muscle relaxant ) <br/ ><br>T1 : After giving sedation/analgesia/ muscle relaxant <br/ ><br>T2 : At the level bronchoscope passing the endotracheal tube ( Main Carina) <br/ ><br>T3 : At the end of the Broncho-alveolar Lavage with bronchoscope still in situ
