- •Active knee extension angle \>20 degrees
- •Participants willing to participate
- •Both male and female participants
- •Participants in the age group of 18\-25 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any neurological disorders, peripheral neuropathy
- •Orthopedics Injury (soft tissue injury)
- •Hamstring injury in the past 6 months
- •Low back pain
- •Participants not willing to participate
