Inclusion Criteria
Age 18 to 75 years
- Either gender
- Symptoms and signs of congestion with or without prior H/O heart failure
- Requiring ICU admission
Exclusion Criteria
Suspected lung infection
- H/O any connective tissue disorders with involvement of lung
- Prior H/O Renal dysfunction requiring renal replacement therapy.
POST-INCLUSION EXCLUSION CRITERIA:
Any lung pathology (consolidation, fibrosis) found in any imaging studies.

Name Time Method Comparing the length of ICU stay in patients receiving diuretic therapy guided by lung USG & those receiving diuretics not guided by lung USG.Timepoint: The duration of ICU stay is compared bwtween the groups. No specific time points in primary outcome
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Comparing the following in the two groups: <br/ ><br>- Requirement of non-invasive or invasive mechanical ventilation & their duration. <br/ ><br>- Incidence of Acute kidney injury, dyselectrolytemias. <br/ ><br>- Daily requirement of diuretics. <br/ ><br>- Any additional diuretics used other than loop diuretics. <br/ ><br>- Daily and cumulative input, output balance. <br/ ><br>- Any events (hypotension, use of inotropic/vasopressor support, cardiac arrest, in ICU deaths etc.)Timepoint: Daily during the ICU stay
