A cross-sectional study aims to identify the prevalence, risk factors, and impact of ergonomic hazards on the health and productivity of construction workers. Additionally, the research protocol aims to recommended effective interventions to prevent and manage WRDs in the Indian construction industry. Set against the backdrop of India’s rapidly developing economy, where the construction sector plays a vital role, this research endeavors to enhance the quality of life for construction workers and contribute to the sustainability and efficiency of a crucial economic sector. By adopting a multidimensional approach that encompasses epidemiological, ergonomic, and intervention studies, the research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of ergonomic hazards in the construction sector, paving the way for a healthier, safer, and more productive workforce. Outcome Variables used will be Standardized Nordic Questionnaire, Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ), Qualitative Interviews.

- •Construction workers (including manual labourer, brick workers, road workers, building workers, rebar workers, etc) with at least three year of work experience Average 8 hours per day minimum 6 day a week All participants will provide informed consent prior to the study.
- •The study protocol will be approved by the institutional ethics committee.

- •Any chronic disease or accidents which affect musculoskeletal systems.
