Inclusion Criteria

1. Age 18-85 year
2. First diagnosis stroke and confirmed with CT scan and/or MRI
3. Unilateral weakness
4. Moderate to severe impairment (Fugl-Meyer Assessment = 0 - 47)

Exclusion Criteria

1. unstable vital signs
2. severe cognitive impairment or severe aphrasia (can't follow protocol)
3. pain VAS > 4
4. ROM shoulder Forward flexion<110, abduction<120, external rotate<60, internal rotate<15
5. ROM elbow lag extend>20, flexion<130
6. spasticity MAS >=3
7. TMSE <23
8. Visual impairment < 2 meter
9. no cerebellum or brain stem lesion that limit protocol ex severe ataxia
10. receive other upper extremities robotic rehabilitation in 3 month
11. receive other neuromodulation in 3 month
