2)PATIENTS UNDERGOING TOTAL KNEE AND HIP REPLACEMENT SURGERIES
3)Uneventful intraoperative patients
Exclusion Criteria
1)ASA 3 & 4
2)ALLERGY TO LOCAL ANESTHETICS, DEXMEDETOMIDINE AND BUPRENORPHINE
3) BLEEDING AND NEUROMUSCULAR DISORDERS
