Name Time Method local dexmeditomedine 100mcg with 0.5% ropivacaine for upper limb orthopedic surgeries achived significant analgesia and prolong post operative pain relief compared to buprenorphine 300mcg with 0.5% ropivacaine.Timepoint: 2 YEARS
