入选标准
- •1.ASA I and II patients of either sex
- •2.Patients aged between 18 to 60years
- •3.Patients undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •1.History of allergy to study drug.
- •2.Pre operative sore throat
- •3.Upper respiratory infection or COPD
- •4.Pregnancy
- •5.Anticipated difficult airway
- •6.Cormack and Lehane grade are 3 or 4, duration of laryngoscopy more than 15 seconds,more than one
- •intubation attempts
- •7.Intraoperative deterioration preventing extubation
- •8.Anesthesia lasting over two hours
- •9. Naso gastric tube insertion
