Favorable neurological outcome at hospital discharge group was 20 patients (18%). The multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that variables associated with favorable neurological outcome were age (adjusted OR 0.94; 95% CI 0.89-0.99) and CT scan result; epidural hemorrhage with midline shift was better than subdural hemorrhage with midline shift (adjusted odd ratio 0.94; 95% CI 0.03-0.79).

1. Age < 18 yrs, 2. Pregnancy, 3. Positive Focused Assessment Sonographic for Trauma (FAST), 4. Blunt Thoracoabdominal injury/ Vascular injury, 5. INR > 1.4 or Platelet < 100,000
