Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •( 1 ) Radical cystectomy and orthotopic ileal neobladder were used in the operation ;
- •( 2 ) Age : 45\-75 years ;
- •( 3 ) The same group of doctors shall be responsible for the operation ;
- •( 4 ) The nutritional status of patients was good, and the body mass index ( BMI ) was 18\.5 – 24\.9 ;
- •( 5 ) Patients and their families sign informed consent ;
Exclusion Criteria
- •( 1 ) Operation time greater than 6 hours
- •( 2 ) Patients with mental illness and disturbance of consciousness who cannot cooperate with active activities ;
