1. Patients with a cup to disc ratio more than or equal to 0.5 (reported from OCT result) from Faculty of Medicine, SIriraj hospital during 2008 - 2021
2. Intraocular pressure does not exceed 21 mmHg by regular inspection (at least 3 times per year)
3. No glaucomatous visual field defect reported by Humphrey visual field
4. Patients have at least 1 fundus photography
5. Patients have at least 1 optical coherence tomography
1. Patients who have other ophthalmologic conditions that affect optic disc, cornea, retina, visual field, and intraocular pressure (except cataract)
2. Patients who receive intraocular surgeries or interventions which affect intraocular pressure before enrolling in this study
3. Patients who can not cooperate with Humphrey visual field test
4. Patients who do not have adequate information from the medical record (requires at least three years consecutively)
